Marvin G. Miller

Marvin Miller is a 1979 graduate of Augustana College where he received his bachelor’s degree and a 1983 graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law. Marvin is a member of the Marion County Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association and American Bar Association. Marvin was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1983 and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois in 1984.

Brian C. Wernsman

Brian Wernsman is a 1990 graduate of Webster University where he received his bachelor’s degree and a 1995 graduate of St. Louis University School of Law. Brian is a member of the Marion County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and American Association For Justice. Brian was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1995 and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois in 2000.

Andrew J. Miller

Andrew Miller is a 2010 graduate of University of Illinois where he received his bachelor’s degree and a 2013 graduate of St. Louis University School of Law. Andrew was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2013 and District of Columbia Bar in 2014.

John Christeson is a 2010 graduate of Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville where he received his bachelor’s degree and a 2015 graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Law. William P. Crain (Of Counsel)

Bill Crain is a 1962 graduate of the University of Michigan where he received his bachelor’s degree and a 1964 graduate of the University of Missouri. Bill’s father, Robert Crain, founded the firm in 1939. Bill was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1964; US District Court, Southern District of Illinois in 1965, and US District Court, Central District of Illinois in 1977. Bill served as the Assistant State’s Attorney in Marion County from 1964-1967.
